What is for me the essence of a brilliant dinner? It isn’t just about precisely selecting and preparing each product… it’s the emotional experience that matters. Experience is what every single dish is, a feeling created through senses, a message to be brought by food! We cook to delight our customers and bring out their smiles through our food.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in renowned restaurants, like “Grand hotel Varna” and “Villa Mare”,honing my skills and expanding my culinary repertoire, learning from the greats in the profession. I have challenged myself to be creative and surprise every customer, trying classic dishes in an unconventional mix, achieving my own unique signature.

My personal trend is expressed in preparing food in an innovative, fascinating and healthy way by selecting seasonal and regional products and blending those with local herbs and fresh wild-growing spices. I firmly believe in the importance of sourcing high-quality ingredients and supporting local suppliers.

My passion and dedication brings a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
