Varna South Breakwater Spur Lighthouse was established in 1903. It’s currently active.
It’s a 6 metre tall round cylidrical cast iron tower with a lantern and a gallery. It’s painted white, the lantern dome is red. It’s identical to the South Breakwater Lighthouse.
The lighthouse is located on a short westward spur off the main breakwater at Varna and it’s purpose is to mark (with the East Breakwater Light) the entrance to Varna`s inner harbour.
